Booking Conditions

1. Prices are valid for travel from 01 April 2011 to 31 March 2012 and 1 April 2012 to 31 March 2013. Prices are in US$ and include taxes where applicable.
2. South Sea Cruises provide complimentary Nadi/Denarau and Coral Coast transfers to and from Denarau Marina from most properties for Full Day trips only (excluding Yasawa Island Day Cruises). Please check with Hotel Tour Desk for departure times. NOTE: the return coach transfer for the Coral Coast departs the marina at 6pm. Clients must book in advance.
3. Child ages 5 to 15 inclusive. Under 5 free of charge meals not included. Family Pass is 2 adults and up to 3 children.
4. South Sea Cruises reserves the right to alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge*, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport and vary itineraries and services if necessary.
5. All cruises and transfers are subject to sea and weather conditions. Should adverse conditions prevent operation the client is responsible for their own additional accommodation costs. South Sea Cruises is not responsible for missed flights due to late arrival at airline check-in counter.
6. Where another company or persons operate the tour, activity or excursion, diving, accommodation or shore transfers, South Sea Cruises is only acting as a Sales Agent. Responsibility for the operation and liability for any mishap lies with those operators solely and not with South Sea Cruises.
7. In times of high occupancy Island Resorts reserve the right to close out Day Cruise passengers.
8. "Captains Lounge" offers reserved seating in air-conditioned comfort and complimentary beverages.

10. South Sea Cruises cannot be held responsible for missed flights due to late arrival at airline check-in counter.

12. Cancellation fees - within 24 hours 25%. Within 12 hours 50%. No Show 100%. Transfer to another South Sea Cruises cruise no fee.

14. Privacy Policy

* FUEL SURCHARGE: Mamanuca Islands day cruises and island transfers that depart from Denarau Marina: $5 Adult and $2.50 Child fuel surcharge. Yasawa Islands (including Vomo) all packages, passes and island transfers that depart from Denarau Marina: $10 Adult and $5 Child fuel surcharge. The surcharges are in Fijian dollars and will be collected at check-in prior to departure from Denarau Marina.
